Q: I have sent a request but have not received my ingredient reply back within 60 seconds?
A:
- Check you have credit on your mobile (for pay as you go customers).
- Ensure you are in the UK and your network is supported.
- Ensure you have typed the correct short message.
- Is your cocktail valid? Is it known to the cocktail world? We try to allow for different spellings and we'll let you know if it's not on our database but please check all spelling.
If you have followed these steps and still not received your reply please contact us via our website ASAP so that we can rectify this.
Q: I am going overseas how can I use this service?
A: At the time of press we only have this service available through major UK mobile networks.
